NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING FOR HEARING ON PETITIONS FOR INCLUSION OF ADDITIONAL REAL PROPERTY WITHIN THE ANDREWS FARM METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all interested persons that Petitions for Inclusion of additional real property have been filed with the Board of Directors of the Andrews Farm Metropolitan District No. 1 (the "District"). The Board of Directors has fixed Wednesday, the 20th day of March, 2019, at the hour of 11:30 a.m., at 12460 1st Street, Eastlake, Colorado, as the date, time and place of an open meeting at which such Petitions shall be heard. The name and address of the Petitioners are: Hudson Development, Inc. Clay Carlson Kent D. Carlson Ryan L. Carlson Scott L. Carlson 12460 1st Street The property to be included into the District under this Petition is generally described as follows: Approximately 69.428 acres generally located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Weld County Road 45 (Beech Street) and Weld County Road 10.
